Why BBGI-OPS
The work happened. What happened next?
A check was completed. A defect was found. Somebody made a decision. But the place, the person, the finding and the next obligation ended up in different messages, systems and records. Weeks later, can anyone reconstruct what happened to that door — or see that it has failed before?
This is not only about rounds. The same missing connection affects coverage, incidents, maintenance, reception, handovers and the work between sites.
Information exists. Context gets lost.
The problem isn't always missing information. It's that the information has no shared operational context: one place knows who was present, another records the alert, another holds the evidence, and none necessarily preserves what happened next.
The chat
A message says the check was done. Which door and what was actually found? The context is easy to lose.
The radio call
A response was agreed on the radio. The next shift may not know which decision was made or why.
The paper logbook
A signed entry records the shift, but the defect and its next action may live somewhere else.
The spreadsheet
Coverage, qualifications and working time can be accurate in separate files but disconnected from what took place.
The photos
A picture shows a damaged asset, but not necessarily its location, procedure, owner or outcome.
The handover mail
A description passes to the next team. Without a linked obligation, follow-up depends on somebody remembering.
What a broken chain costs.
Not the time spent recording one check. The exposure, repeated failures and unfinished obligations that nobody sees when events are disconnected.
- 01
Risk nobody can see
Uncovered positions, open alerts, overdue work and unresolved issues may be visible separately, but not as one current picture of a site.
- 02
A weakness that keeps returning
The same door or asset fails repeatedly. Without a link to the physical object, each finding can look like a new isolated incident.
- 03
Coverage gaps found too late
A planned position appears covered, but presence, qualifications and active work tell a different story.
- 04
Work that never closes
The original incident ends. The corrective action survives only in a message or memory, and the next shift inherits uncertainty.
The pattern hidden in separate reports
An incident is an event. Repeated incidents are a pattern.
When inspections and issues point to the same door, room or asset, recurring weakness can be measured rather than reconstructed after the fact.

The connected alternative
Every event changes the operational picture.
BBGI links execution to the real site, the responsible person and the procedure being followed. A failed answer can reassess risk, raise an issue or generate follow-up work according to configured rules. The next obligation stays connected to what caused it, while evidence and responsibility remain visible through handovers and central oversight.
Six questions. One connected answer.

The engine
PXNT — AVGVSTVS
The live operations engine
BBGI-OPS runs on PXNT — AVGVSTVS: configurable procedures and requirements, risk that moves with every answer, and follow-up work started by the answers themselves.
- 01Operational state, presence and availability in real time
- 02Configurable procedures and execution requirements
- 03Dynamic risk per step and answer
- 04Conditional sequences and generated tasks
- 05Operational continuity, accountability and traceability
What happened. Why it happened. What followed.
Work remains connected to the physical place, responsible people, decisions and consequences — during the shift, across handovers and across sites.
